Jamieson's of Shetland has a color palate unlike other yarn companies. If you've knit with their yarn to make Fair Isle sweaters or felted bags you know what I mean. The multiple color flecks within each skein of yarn adds an interesting visual dimension to the final knitted surface and there are many colors to choose from.
I decided to design a flat knitted bag with my own 2-color pattern using Jamieson's DK. It was enjoyable experimenting with their color palate on a small project. The finished size is 8x8 inches. The pouch looks good with casual or dress outfits and can be made in your favorite color combination!
