I enjoy knitting and sewing with natural fibers.
Some time ago I bought some cotton/linen damask fabric to make a pair of pants. The fabric was so inexpensive I couldn't pass it up.
I didn't realize at the time how difficult it would be to find a top that matched the natural cotton and linen colors. After months went by I found a silk/cotton yarn made by Great Adirondack called "Nassau" (thanks to my friends at Great Balls of Yarn in West Palm Beach). The color Pearls matched it well enough and I designed this ribbed cable tank top to wear with my pants. Since then I've made a second size in Hydrangea for my sister. The pattern is sized for 30-32 (34-36) and is available to purchase for Ravelry Members at raverly.com.
Rosa is modeling the top and pants. Thanks, Rosa.
